“If there is more important work than teaching, I hope to learn about it before I die.”
Our graduates make a difference in an in-demand field.
The ongoing focus on improving education and the urgent need for highly-qualified teachers make this an exciting time to pursue a career in education. FMU offers students the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in English along with secondary (grades 9-12) teacher certification. The English Teacher Certification program provides students the foundation they need to build a career where making a difference in others’ lives happens everyday.
Our graduates work in South Carolina and beyond.
